Information regarding change in instructions

We have recently changed our instructions for density gradient preparations after a customer comment. Thank you, Karolinska University Hospital in Sweden.

After centrifugation of the gradient, the pellet is removed. The recommendation earlier was to take the pellet or if no pellet can be seen, the lowest 0.5 ml. The new recommendation is to only take the lower 0.25 ml. Taking 0.25 instead of 0.5 will produce a cleaner preparation in the end and no sperm will be lost.
