THAWING OF FROZEN SPERM
We recommend thawing the straw or vial with frozen sperm in water at 37°C. This is because it produces better results compared with thawing at room temperature.
At our workshop last week, we got the tip that you can use a 50 ml tube containing water that has been preheated in the incubator at 37°, instead of using a water bath filled with warm water.
This is easier than having to make sure that your water bath is at 37°
